I am driven by a desire to be useful, in the sense of patient care and colleague care. To me, both are required for a safe and high-quality patient and professional experience. I am deeply passionate about promoting professional development in my team, which will provide consistent care for patients in our critical care. This high standard and skillset help the rotating residents with their own professional skill acquisition, as there are more people available to help with their skills portfolios, thus building a rapport between the medical and non-medical professions.
