Here to represent and be the voice of Resident Doctors in Critical Care, the priorities for the Resident Doctor Advisory Group are:

• Championing the interests, expertise, and development of Resident Doctor's within intensive care.

• Supporting the growth of a vibrant, engaged membership by raising awareness of the Society’s value to Resident Doctor's.

• Shaping policy, guidance and resources that reflect the real-world experiences and needs of the multi-professional critical care community.
