I’m proud to hold training numbers in both Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine in the East Midlands. Balancing my career with raising a young family has shown me how vital it is that every voice is heard when shaping training and policy.

Within my role in the Resident Doctors PAG I hope to champion inclusivity and support equality within training and clinical leadership roles.
