Charlotte Cox

I am an experienced Advanced Critical Care Practitioner (ACCP) of 13 years, within the NHS, working across advanced clinical practice, education, leadership and service development.

Passionate about advancing the role of ACCPs, I have a particular interest in developing the workforce, improving patient care and embedding advanced practice across healthcare professions. Alongside my clinical role, I contribute to education and professional development, supporting nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop their clinical knowledge, confidence and decision-making skills.

My professional interests include advanced practice, critical and enhanced care, clinical education, research, strategic leadership and service transformation. I am particularly passionate about creating opportunities for research within advanced practice and ensuring that ACCP's have a strong voice in shaping the future of healthcare.

I am committed to collaborative leadership, innovation and developing high-quality, evidence-based practice that ultimately improves outcomes for patients, staff and organisations.
