Heather Baker

Heather Baker is a Lead Advanced Critical Care Practitioner at Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group. She has played a key role in the development and establishment of a new Advanced Critical Care Practitioner (ACCP) team, leading workforce innovation and contributing to the strategic advancement of critical care services across the organisation. Heather is also the Trust-wide lead for ICU Follow-Up Services, driving improvements in the long-term care and recovery of patients following critical illness. As a Professional Advisory Group Representative for the Intensive Care Society, she is passionate about influencing national practice, supporting workforce development, and advocating for excellence in patient-centred critical care.
