Town Hall - AHP Critical Care Capability Framework

Oline registration for the event is now closed, if you would like to attend, please contact communicationsteam@ics.ac.uk

We would like to invite you to a Town Hall on our new collaborative project with NHS Elect, to build on existing pathways and documents to co-produce a comprehensive Allied Health Professional critical care capability framework on Weednesday 31 May, 12:30pm– 1:30pm.

This project recognises there is a clear need for a harmonised approach to workforce training, to deliver care safely, while contributing to longer term goals of providing high quality learning environments and maximising workforce efficiency.

This framework will include five AHP professions (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, operating department practitioners, and speech and language therapists) across seven levels of practice (supportive, assistive, novice, intermediate, enhanced, advanced and consultant).

As we are getting ready to embark on this work, we will be hosting this virtual event to outline the scope of this project, meet the team and also provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you have.
