We’ll be providing tea and coffee during scheduled breaks, along with a different light meal option each day, which may include sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, or street food-style dishes.
In line with our sustainability commitments and to help reduce food waste (over 800 meals were wasted at SOA24), we’re offering a more limited menu this year. Some exhibitors may offer refreshments, and there are plenty of nearby food outlets at and around the ICC Birmingham if you’d like additional options.

A quiet room will be available for attendees needing space to rest, decompress, or recharge away from the busy conference environment.

Yes. A T-loop (induction loop) system will be available in selected areas to support hearing aid users. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require this.
We’re committed to making SOA25 a respectful, welcoming, and inclusive space for all. That means ensuring physical access, supporting wellbeing, and fostering a culture where everyone feels they belong.
