Live Demo: Ultrasound-Guided Nerve Blocks in Critical Care
Join Dr Jonny Wilkinson and Dr Jenny Ferry for a dynamic, live demonstration of nerve blocks commonly used in ICU, including cervical plexus, serratus anterior, erector spinae, and rectus sheath techniques. Perfect for pain management in patients with rib fractures, this session will offer practical, real-time insights into regional anaesthesia.

Time: Day 1 (July 1st) lunch time

FUSIC® Neuro Masterclass
Led by Dr Manni Waraich, this hands-on session explores the FUSIC® Neuro module, covering neuroanatomy, B Mode sonography, transcranial colour Doppler for cerebral blood flow assessment, and optic nerve sheath diameter measurement. Learn how to integrate these techniques into daily ICU care and navigate the accreditation pathway.

Airway Workshop: Videolaryngoscopy & VAFI
This workshop developed in collaboration with the team from Difficult Airway Society (DAS) delivers essential skills in advanced airway management using videolaryngoscopy and video-assisted fibreoptic intubation (VAFI). You'll get the chance to practice these techniques with expert guidance and understand the latest ICU-specific evidence.

Advanced FUSIC® Abdomen Demonstration
Dr Jennie Stephens leads this session using the BodyWorks Eve simulator to explore the new FUSIC® advanced abdomen module. See real-time scans and pathology clips to understand how this tool can inform your diagnostic and clinical decisions.
