The Society’s Articles of Association allow the Society’s Council to make, amend and repeal regulations. The regulations set out in more detail the administrative and governance arrangements for our Council, Professional Advisory Groups (PAGs) and the membership system. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the Articles will always take precedence over the Regulations.
