Special resolution to change articles and regulations
The following provisions shall be considered as an addition to, and part of, the existing Council Regulations of the Society (in accordance with Article 11 of the Articles of Association of the Society).
The trustees of the Society propose that:
Resolution 1 below is passed as an ordinary resolution; and
Resolution 2 below is passed as a special resolution
