SOA23 In-person - Joining instructions

Complimentary lunch and refreshments will be provided for all attendees. Lunch and all scheduled refreshment breaks will be served from designated points in the exhibition hall. 

We recommend bringing your own water bottle with you so that you can fill up at the water stations throughout the building. 

Dietary requirements are collected during online registration. If you did not advise of any special dietary requirements (e.g. religious, intolerances, allergies) at the time of registration please advise us immediately by emailing soa@ics.ac.uk. We will try, as far as possible, to accommodate such requests. 

On demand access

Sessions will be available to watch on demand within 1 working day (subject to speaker permissions, copyright and company approval). To watch on demand, please visit the official congress app. Please note you will not be able to participate in live Q&A when watching on demand.
