This recognition celebrates the exceptional voluntary leadership and unwavering dedication of this group in advancing intensive care across the UK.
The Divisional Chairs, PJ Zolfaghari (SOA Congress Programme Director), Aoife Abbey (Public Affairs Chair), Reena Mehta (Education Chair), Marlies Ostermann (Standards Chair), Louise Rose (Research Chair) and Andy Breen (Professional Affairs Chair), have all demonstrated extraordinary commitment. Their collective efforts have led to meaningful progress, from delivering a highly successful congress to championing equity and inclusion, and ensuring the highest standards of education and patient safety.
