This will be a full day across some of the hot topics in healthcare leadership right now. This includes:
- What inclusion really means, and how do we lead and enable a meaningfully inclusive workplace?
- How do we in the face of changing times keep a research and innovation approach in our work?
- How do we consider the experience and wellbeing of the staff, less as an afterthought, and more of a golden thread that runs through our work?
The workshops will be led by ICU leaders in the field. Its an interactive all day workshop. You will be joining delegates on the Society’s ongoing leadership programme- LeaP.
Learning Objectives
- Consider how as a leader you may improve the meaningful inclusion on your unit/ area of work
- Understand what leadership in research looks like, and explore ways of maintaining research and innovation
- Be able to understand workforce wellbeing, and how to apply staff needs like a golden thread through all work

Dr Aoife Abbey
