Managing Patient Psychological Wellbeing

This module in Thriving at Work series focuses on supporting the psychological needs of intensive care patients.

In this session, we will explore the psychological needs of ICU patients, some of the challenges of engaging patients in acute rehabilitation on the ICU, and how we work together as a team to ensure patient wellbeing. The session will also include information on delirium.

This is a teaching session facilitated by a psychologist and designed by our national Wellbeing Project Director, Julie Highfield.

This session will be run virtually, but places will be limitted, and delegates will be expected to have their cameras on and to engage with the teaching content.

This seminar will be run in November 2023.
