Helping you manage the stress of prepping for and sitting exams.
We have invited guest speaker, Dr Oonagh Duffy (Clinical Psychologist) to help trainees manage stress in general as doctors. This is achieved through helping you clarify your values in times of stress and to act with self-compassion. We will discuss managing criticism and failure generally, and the application of this across the career pathway. We will also focus on exam preparation and managing the stress of prepping for and sitting exams.
