DESCRIPTION:In the next of our workforce wellbeing webinars, Dr Julie Highfield takes time to help us take stock of what we have experienced. Based on her conversations with staff she will present on the core experiences ICU staff have reported coming through this second wave, and help make sense of the impacts of the overstimulation of work vs the under stimulation of aspects of home life. She will be joined by a multi professional panel of ICU colleagues, including  Dr Aoife Abbey, Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine, as they discuss together some of their experiences and observations.\n
