DESCRIPTION:This seminar is aimed at those who already have point of care ultrasound experience and are interested in becoming CUSIC trainers. It is ideal for those who are focussed echocardiography mentors (e.g. FICE) but have no formal training in lung or abdominal ultrasound. \n

 The day will cover the CUSIC lung and abdominal ultrasound syllabus and accreditation process. There will also be practical stations to provide hands on experience of the CUSIC competencies. The seminar will also provide the opportunity to review and discuss ultrasound training with members of the CUSIC committee. Successful completion of the seminar can be used as evidence of appropriate experience in order to become a CUSIC mentor\n
