Sometimes we need a little bit longer to work through what’s happening in our minds, and our reactions to what we experience at work. These sessions take place across four weeks to learn as a group of peers about your responses to stress, and how you can better cope with work. You will understand more about how your mind works, alongside the opportunity to share experiences with peers experiencing the same thing.
